These Terms of Service govern your use of arelivia.com and purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
2. Products and Product Information
Arelivia sells consumer products, including Landwell™, a travel accessory designed to support comfort while travelling.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are accurate. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and your device's display settings.
Product descriptions and promotional materials are provided for informational and marketing purposes. Individual experiences may vary, and we do not guarantee a particular personal outcome.
If a product is materially different from its description, defective, or otherwise fails to conform to the applicable sales contract, your statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
Any age restrictions will be disclosed where applicable. Customers must comply with the legal requirements relevant to their purchase and location.
3. Eligibility and Website Use
By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout. Where prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), the final currency and amount charged will be shown during the checkout process.

For international orders, import duties, customs charges, or other destination-country fees may apply. Where such charges are not included in the checkout price, we will provide the relevant information to the extent required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to update product prices and promotions. Changes will not alter the agreed price of an order that has already been accepted, except where a lawful correction or other legal basis applies.
Promotional offers, discounts, and free gifts may be subject to conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we will handle the affected order in accordance with applicable law and communicate with the customer where necessary. We will not use a pricing correction to disregard an already binding contract without a valid legal basis.
5. Orders and Contract Formation

Before submitting your order, you are responsible for reviewing the selected products, quantities, shipping address, payment details, and applicable charges.
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided.
An automated acknowledgment of receipt does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. The sales contract will be formed in accordance with the applicable checkout terms and law.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund required by law.

6. Payment Methods and Payment Security
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, depending on availability.
Payments are processed through the relevant payment providers and their security systems.
Arelivia does not intentionally store complete payment card details when these are handled by third-party payment processors. Payment information may be processed and retained by those providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
You authorize the payment method you select to be charged for the order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges disclosed before purchase.
If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly or without authorization, contact support@arelivia.com promptly.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Arelivia may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers to process and deliver orders.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed on the website or at checkout, as relevant.
Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of delivery on a particular date unless expressly stated as such. However, we will comply with applicable legal requirements concerning delivery deadlines, delays, cancellations, and refunds.
Arelivia remains responsible for fulfilling its obligations to customers under applicable law. The involvement of a third-party supplier or carrier does not automatically transfer those obligations to the customer.
If an order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but has not been received, contact support@arelivia.com so we can investigate.
For orders subject to applicable US shipping rules, including the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we will obtain the required consent to a shipping delay or provide the required refund when we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe.
For EU consumer purchases, delivery and transfer-of-risk rules under applicable consumer law will apply.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Statutory Rights
Landwell purchases are covered by Arelivia's advertised 30-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to its disclosed conditions.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the process for requesting a return, obtaining a refund, and reporting a damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered order.
The 30-day commercial guarantee is additional to statutory consumer rights and does not replace or reduce them.
Where applicable, consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying online purchases within 14 days of delivery, subject to legal exceptions. Consumers may also have statutory remedies for goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract.
Any other mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected.
No provision of these Terms requires a customer to waive a legally protected right to a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy.
9. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
This section applies only if a subscription or recurring purchase option is offered and selected at checkout.
Before completing a subscription purchase, the customer will be informed of the applicable product, price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the terms disclosed during checkout.
You may cancel a subscription through the available subscription-management link or by contacting support@arelivia.com.
Cancellation will take effect in accordance with the disclosed subscription terms and applicable law. We will not knowingly continue charging for future billing periods after an effective cancellation.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for previous charges that were validly authorized. However, requests involving unauthorized payments, duplicate charges, cancellation errors, or other billing issues will be investigated.
Any mandatory cancellation, disclosure, or refund rights applicable to the subscription remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content on arelivia.com, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, website design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Arelivia.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected website content without the required permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section transfers ownership of intellectual property to website visitors or customers.
11. Reviews, Feedback, and User Submissions
If you submit a product review, suggestion, or other feedback, you confirm that your submission does not knowingly violate another person's rights or applicable law.
You retain any rights you have in your submission. Where you provide feedback or content for publication, you grant Arelivia the permissions reasonably necessary to use, display, and reproduce it for the purposes disclosed to you and permitted by law.
We will not knowingly misrepresent customer reviews or present fabricated reviews as genuine customer experiences.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with our published rules, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Arelivia will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Products are not guaranteed to produce identical results for every customer. This statement does not reduce Arelivia's obligations to supply products that conform to their descriptions and applicable contractual and legal requirements.
14. Order Investigations and Payment Disputes
If you experience a problem with your order or payment, we encourage you to contact support@arelivia.com so we can investigate and work toward a prompt resolution.
We may review relevant order records, payment information, shipping and delivery records, refund history, and customer communications when investigating an order issue or responding to a payment dispute.
Where appropriate, we may provide relevant, accurate, and lawfully obtained evidence to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
Customers remain entitled to contact their payment provider and exercise any legal rights available to them. Contacting Arelivia first is encouraged but is not a condition for exercising a statutory right.
Arelivia will not impose a penalty solely because a customer submits a legitimate complaint, requests a refund, or initiates a payment dispute.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict access to courts or mandatory consumer dispute-resolution procedures where such access is protected by law.
